We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will be a "wear many hats" marketer, capable of contributing to various marketing functions, with a strong focus on content marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing: Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and website copy, to attract and retain customers.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns generate leads, including email marketing, online advertising, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media.
- Marketing Tech: Utilize and manage marketing technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, social media management, and analytics platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Creative Execution: Take provided direction and execute on all or most aspects of a marketing initiative.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing/advertising and content marketing.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective content.
- General knowledge of marketing technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to travel domestically approximately once per quarter.
