Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales and Partner Teams across the APAC region to ensure successful sales closures by providing technical demonstrations.
- Do product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries.
- Develop technical solutions (SaaS software) and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations, including planning and organization.
- Work with multiple products focused at business functions from Zoho
- Respond to RFIs through the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Product and Technical Teams to relay client feedback on product requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor and product landscapes.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with product teams to maintain and enhance product knowledge.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field of studies.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Product Specialist, or Solution Engineer in a cloud-based B2B PaaS, IaaS, or SaaS environment is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or individuals transitioning from another industry with the aptitude to learn are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, and strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM (Sales/ Marketing), collaboration tools, and/or finance and accounting domains.
- Willingness to travel for business-related activities when required.
- Familiarity with leading CRM technologies or similar business software is advantageous.
- Effectively bilingual in business-level English and at least 1 local language for effective communication with local stakeholders.
