We’re currently looking for a Full Time Vehicle Reconditioning Specialist to help us get our vehicles ready for the lot and assist with day-to-day operations around the shop. Job Responsibilities:
Detailing & Reconditioning
- Interior detailing: vacuuming, shampooing, stain removal, wiping panels, etc.
- Exterior detailing: hand wash, clay bar, polishing, waxing, engine bay cleaning
- Light touch-up and cosmetic work: buffing faded paint, fixing scuffs, applying touch-up paint
- Help with paint correction or trim restoration if skilled or willing to learn
Basic Maintenance
- Oil changes, brake pads/rotors, batteries, bulbs, wipers, tire swaps, etc.
- Occasional light part replacements (filters, sensors, trim pieces)
- Assisting with inventory inspections and quality control
Dealership & Lot Support
- Keep the shop, bays, and tools clean and organized
- Lot maintenance: trash pickup, pulling weeds, organizing vehicles
- Assist customers or staff with test drives, moving cars, jump-starts, etc.
- Help with photos or lot setup for new arrivals when needed
Requirements
- Previous detailing or light mechanical experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks daily
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to lift 30–50 lbs
Pay & Schedule:
- Part-time position – around 20–30 hours/week to start
- Flexible daytime schedule, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays possible)
- Starting pay: $13-$18 /hour, depending on experience
