About the Position
We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide direct
therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This is a 1099
contract role offering flexibility and variety across school-based, in-home, and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
Implement speech and language treatment plans developed by supervising SLP
Provide direct therapy services across school, home, and clinic environments
Collect data and document session notes accurately and timely
Communicate client progress and observations to supervising SLP
Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Qualifications
Active Florida SLPA license
Ability to work independently in multiple settings
Reliable transportation
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Compensation (1099)
�� $35–$50 per hour, based on experience, caseload, and setting
