Hiring Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Hospital Based | Lawrenceville, GA
Location: Lawrenceville, GA 30046
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Compensation
Travel Candidates
- Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: Up to $2,126
- Blended Rate: $53.15/hour
- Pay Rate: $22/hour (W-2)
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246

Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia LCSW License
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- 2 years of recent Social Work experience
- Recent Acute Care Hospital experience required
- Strong assessment, discharge planning, and crisis intervention skills
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and emotional support.
- Coordinate safe and effective discharge planning.
- Connect patients with community and behavioral health resources.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Advocate for patients while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
