Job Title: Dental Assistant
Location: Willmar, MN
Shift: Day Shift, Monday–Friday
- Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Start Date: January 19, 2026 (ASAP candidates encouraged)
Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during examinations and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Ensure proper infection control and sterilization practices
- Take and record patient information as required
- Support patient comfort and education during visits
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
Requirements:
- Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Must live more than 25 miles from the facility (travel requirement)
Additional Information:
- No weekends or on-call requirements
