What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Zoder's Inn & Suites?
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems, computers, and a passion for guest relations.
**Shifts are three evening shifts from 4pm-12am and two night audit shifts 12am-8am. Must be available weekends and holidays.**
Responsibilities:- Greet guests as they arrive or depart. Assist with check-in and check-out processes- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Customer service oriented
