Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage POS systems such as Upserve POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events.
- Handle cashing out transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light fare to complement drinks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in restaurants, fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality or food industry background preferred.
- Proficiency with POS systems such as UpServe POS; experience with retail math and basic math skills required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
