What are the responsibilities and job description for the Panel Line Operator position at Zobility?
Responsible for setting up and operating production machines to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key duties:
- Set up and adjust machines according to work orders.
- Operate production equipment and monitor gauges/controls.
- Perform quality checks using calipers, measuring tapes, and gauges.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and report problems.
- Track waste, downtime, maintenance, and production data.
- Maintain a clean work area using 6S.
Requirements: 6–12 months of related experience, basic hand-tool and machine-control experience, and preferably a High School Diploma/GED.
In short: A hands-on production worker who sets up, operates, monitors, and performs quality checks on manufacturing machines.
Language Preferred: Spanish
