Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Work Location: 100% onsite

Schedule: Days, flexible but around 7 am to 3:30 pm, Mon-Fri, 40 hrs per week, some OT

• This role is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial manufacturing equipment such as press brakes, CNC machines, laser cutting systems, punches, presses, and welding machines.
• The Maintenance Mechanic installs, repairs, and maintains mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including control components like sensors, relays, motor starters, and limit switches.
• The role also involves troubleshooting equipment failures, interpreting technical schematics, and ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
• A key part of the job includes using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, complete scheduled maintenance, and support production uptime.
• The mechanic works closely with senior technicians and supervisors to diagnose complex issues and perform repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The position requires strong hands-on technical skills, attention to safety procedures (including Lockout/Tagout), and the ability to work independently in physically demanding conditions.
• Work may involve lifting, standing for long periods, climbing, and working with heavy equipment.
