- Looking for highly experienced Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to analyze, design, and develop creative and innovative learning solutions as part of a cross functional team.
- This individual will perform tasks to design and develop learning solutions both independently and under the leadership of a project lead.
- The courseware may be produced for many different industries (not including any government training contracts) and in a variety of delivery media, depending on the requirements of our customer (this is not an internal training department).
- The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, creative, learn quickly, have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and be willing to accept new challenges.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience developing training in a variety of delivery media utilizing commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within instructional systems design, including the ADDIE model
- Strong writing and professional communication skills (use of language, grammar, spelling, and content organization)
- Ability to: conduct an analysis and design/develop creative learning solutions for projects, multiple courses or curricula conduct a course and curriculum analysis and recommend a blended learning solution as it pertains to the customer's business requirements
- Design and develop content for multiple courses across multiple develop methods such as eLearning, Instructor-Led, Virtual Classroom Training, etc.
- Communicate with customers and subject matter experts
- Anticipate, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions to problems related to training development
- Maintain accurate status updates and communicate with development lead regularly
- Excellent software skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Mastery of training development software, such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora Inspire
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, or a related field required
