Responsibilities:
- Investigate workplace issues/concerns raised through internal company channels by taking statements from hourly employees on their complaints.
- Prepare, track, and maintain appropriate investigation documentation.
- Manage employee data and statements in a highly confidential manner.
- Foster an effective, inclusive work environment/culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values.
- Provide support to salaried personnel, as appropriate
- Support all health and safety requirements of employees, as applicable

- Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Microsoft Outlook, Communications
Skills Preferred:
- Labor Relations, Microsoft Excel
Experience Required:
- 5 or more years of experience of conducting investigations, including interviewing and dispositioning, and overall case management
- 2 or more years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience Preferred:
- Working in a manufacturing and/or unionized environment
Education Required:
- High School Diploma / GED
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
