Job Title: Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst (Hybrid)Experience Level: 5–8 Years PreferredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial performance tracking, compliance with GAAP and government accounting standards, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with GAAP and RTX policiesReview and approve journal entries, P&L statements, and Balance Sheet accountsDevelop forecasts and analyze trends across sales, operations, engineering, and programsSupport reporting and reconciliation of Estimates at Completion (EACs) for engineering and development programsIdentify, monitor, and communicate financial risks and opportunitiesProvide financial analytics and insights to leadership to support decision-makingRespond to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from managementEnsure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and government accounting requirementsQualifications & Requirements**Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5–8 years of relevant professional finance or accounting experience preferredStrong experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and analysisProficiency in Excel; experience with SAP, OneStream, and Hyperion Planning preferredKnowledge of GAAP, SOX, and government accounting standardsStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsCompany DescriptionZobility (RGBSI), is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees.
