Digital Merchandising Lead the development and execution of site merchandising that bring brand campaigns, launches, and core products to life Ensure that all product pages, collections, and site experiences reflect our brand story Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product placement, content hierarchy, and navigation for conversion and engagement Maintain a consistent and globally aligned online brand experience Regional and Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with regional Digital and eCommerce leaders in NA, EMEA, and APAC to align on merchandising priorities. Work with the Brand Team to integrate brand storytelling and assets into site experience. Collaborate with UX/UI, Performance Marketing, and IT to enhance site functionality, optimize design, and implement consumer journey improvements. Act as a key liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring a unified brand presence across all digital touchpoints Optimization and Insights Conduct site audits to ensure accuracy, functionality, and optimal product presentation. Track key site KPIs (traffic flow, conversion, engagement, and sales) to translate insights into opportunities for continuous improvement. Test and measure site enhancements, placements, and new merchandising strategies. Translate performance insights into actionable recommendations that drive both short-term results and long-term growth. Build and maintain weekly and monthly reports that track the performance of the site and campaigns.
