Duties
- Responsible for thoroughly cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper dishwashing techniques and sanitizing procedures.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as organizing supplies and preparing ingredients when needed.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables, removing trash, and ensuring dining areas remain tidy and welcoming.
- Follow all food safety management protocols to ensure sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including dishwashers, sinks, and other cleaning tools.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of pots, pans, and supplies while adhering to proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen area by adhering to health and safety standards related to sanitation and hygiene.
Requirements
