Job Summary

Requirements:
- Experience in the custom cabinetry industry
- Familiar with operating equipment such as CNC machines and edge banders
- Understands the production workflow of custom panel cabinets
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses within a manufacturing facility.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files accurately.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CAM programming, and CNC programming techniques.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools confidently.
- Hands-on experience with factory tools such as hand tools, welding equipment, press brake machines, and fabrication tools.
- Knowledge of materials handling procedures and warehouse operations is preferred.
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues effectively.
- Prior factory or manufacturing experience demonstrating reliability in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
