We want a friendly, courteous, and efficient supervisor to look over all the housekeeping and laundry staff. You will be responsible for inventory, guest supplies, scheduling, planning and assigning housekeeping work. You will have the opportunity to gain more knowledge in hiring, training, and interviewing potential candidates for positions in your department.

- Lead the housekeeping team, providing guidance and work assignments. Coach with kindness.
- Provide support and fill in when necessary. Cleaning rooms, stripping rooms and making beds.
- Hire and train new members of the team
- Deliver items to guest rooms as needed such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Work in a team environment and assist and support all members of the team to ensure a great hotel stay experience for the guests
- Highly organized.
- Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds or more. Physical work and be able to push, pull , bend.
- Strong Guest Service skills
- Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented
- Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers
