The Hampton Inn in Anthem is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for our 76 room property in beautiful Anthem, Arizona!
Candidate must have HVAC, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills and other various handyman experience.
Experience Maintaining a Pool And Spa Is Also Required.

- This position will be inside hotel rooms, the hotel public areas and outside on the grounds of the property
- Will work outside in the pool and spa area, light groundskeeping, some irrigation repair, change lights in parking lot
- Will work inside guest rooms making repairs, will work in public guest areas making repairs, will work in back of the house areas making repairs
- May be required to go up onto the roof of the property
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 75lbs
- Computer literate, able to locate supplies and parts online
- Working on a ladder or hydraulic lift
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Perform work in a timely manner
- Pleasant demeanor able to work with staff and guests in a positive manner
- Able to lift, stand, carry tools and equipment- some work outdoors required
- Ability to manage and maintain public pool, spa and equipment
- Have some previous experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Familiarity with fire suppression systems and panels
- General maintenance and repair knowledge of HVAC systems, in room A/C, etc
