Position Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be working with our Channel Accounts' information and data that is pertinent to their business growth, and ours! Our Key Account Managers are positive, upbeat people who value knowledge and customer satisfaction, and enjoy helping others. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, enhancing partner relationships, and overseeing data management processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for relationship-building, and a keen eye for analyzing and utilizing data to drive business growth. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies, and work their way up.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners.
- Management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and go-getter attitude to seek out new partner opportunities.
Key Roles
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Oversee new product launches and product information with your accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to grow revenue and expand the scope of services provided to existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion within accounts.
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Utilize data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Travel as needed - approximately 10%.
