ZLINE is seeking a motivated and adaptable Builder Sales Associate to join our growing Builder Sales Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service knowledge who is ready to step into builder and developer sales. The right candidate will be proactive, resilient, and eager to build lasting client relationships while supporting the logistics and installation side of our business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact new prospects, developing relationships with builders to gain bid opportunities on projects.
- Call on inbound leads from interested prospects.
- Manage assigned accounts, including order placement, logistics coordination, installation scheduling, and post-install service.
- Support other departments with installation-related needs.
Training & Support
- Introduce and present ZLINE products to new and existing builder clients.
- Review and explain company policies with clients.
- Understand the full Scope of Work for each client and ensure all services are in place to move projects forward.
- Provide direct assistance to accounts experiencing issues with logistics or product performance.
Systems & Tools
- Salesforce – Track sales, manage casework, onboard new builders, and maintain required documentation.
- Shopify – Create purchasing accounts and assist with order placement for new and existing clients.
- Google Drive/Sheets – Track invoices, manage installer information, and update the installer network.
Things to Have or Learn
- Bidding Process – Learn how to prepare competitive bids and track outcomes in Salesforce.
- Bulk Orders – Understand how to coordinate with internal departments for pricing and fulfillment of high-volume builder orders.
- Installation Process – Gain knowledge of pre-sites, warehouse logistics, and installation coordination to ensure smooth delivery and execution.
