ZLINE is a fast-growing company that provides industry-leading kitchen appliances and bath fixtures. In order to keep up with demand, we are looking to build our team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee operations in our warehouse, including inbound planning, receiving, putaway, shipping, warehouse transfers, and logistics. You will be guiding and developing our warehouse team to provide the best service for our customers. Our Warehouse Associates keep us going, and we value and appreciate their hard work. We are seeking someone who wants to excel in their career, push boundaries, create new strategies, and lead a team to success!
Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations
- Lead and support the warehouse team
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Track and review warehouse performance and improve results
- Maintain inventory and ensure accuracy
- Build and improve warehouse processes and efficiencies
- Communicate with other departments to ensure efficiency
- Manage labor time weekly and monthly
- Maintain equipment and facility standards
- Assist with hiring and onboarding
- Handle escalated associate issues
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Provide backup support for leadership
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of Management/Supervisory experience required
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience required
- Background in inventory management systems required
- Knowledge of the shipping industry for parcel and freight
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack preferred
- Mandatory overtime may be required during peak seasons, high-volume periods, or to meet shipping deadlines. Not to exceed 50 hours in a week.
Working Hours & Hours of Operation:
Marysville, Ohio: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (may require weekend or overtime hours during busy seasons)
Compensation:
Starting at $70,000 annually
