Controller
ZL Technologies is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting and financial reporting activities.
Please note this is an onsite position in Milpitas, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions and accounting staff.
- Analyze and prepare financial statements and reports.
- Monitor financial performance and create budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
- Implement controls to safeguard company financial health.
- Ensure financial information is accurate, reliable, and used to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in a financial control role with responsibility for monthly or quarterly reporting.
- Knowledge of the relevant accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- The ability to understand business context and contribute to strategic planning.
- Able and willing to work from our HQ in Milpitas CA.
- FP&A experience would be a substantial plus.
