Required:
- 5 years expert-level security analyst experience
- 3 years’ Participation in preparation for at least one IRS Safeguard Review at a state agency
- IRS SCSEM technical expertise and experience
- 3 years experience with IRS Pub 1075 (Rev. 11-2021)
- Hands-on experience with IRS SCSEM (implementation, assessment, documentation)
- Strong communication skills (oral & written)
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, IEEE)
- Experience with Child Support Enforcement systems
- Experience with federal/state regulatory compliance (FISMA, NIST, IRS Pub 1075)
- Strong technical documentation and audit support experience
- Knowledge of CSE program mission and operations
- Expert security analysis, risk assessment, and vulnerability management
- IRS Safeguard Review preparation and SCSEM compliance expertise
- Strong knowledge of IRS Pub 1075 and federal FTI security requirements
- Experience reviewing CAPs, SSRs, SSPs, and audit documentation
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of ISO, IEEE, NIST, and FISMA security standards
