Columbia, South Carolina (Onsite)

Required Skills:

Associate’s degree (minimum education)
2 years of experience with IT End User Support
2 years’ experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11 & Microsoft Office Suite
2 years of experience with Printer Support
2 years of experience with Hardware/Laptop Support
2 years of experience with PC Imaging/Building

Preferred Skills:

A Certification
Information Security exposure
On-site/In-person IT Support experience
MS Teams
Asset Management experience
Help Desk Ticketing System (ITSM)
Background in banking, finance, legal, judicial, or accounting is a plus

Specific Skills:

End-user IT support
PC/hardware setup and maintenance
Printer support and troubleshooting
Windows 10/11 and Office Suite troubleshooting
PC imaging and building
IT ticketing and Asset Management
