- Strong facilitation and change management capabilities
- Experience defining and implementing organizational change strategies
- Ability to manage stakeholder communication and readiness
- Experience embedding governance into Agile routines
- Ability to create training, messaging plans, dashboards, and executive reporting
- Experience working within structured project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK aligned)
Preferred
- Change Management Certification (CCMP or Prosci preferred)
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Power BI
- Familiarity with Azure / AWS data environments
- Prior experience in health data infrastructure modernization preferred

- Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Stakeholder mapping & impact analysis
- Agile integration (Definition of Done governance embedding)

- Release-based communications planning
