About The Opportunity:
ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to lead delivery of Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions for a major healthcare organization.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will design and build Health Cloud Service Cloud capabilities for claims inventory workflow optimization, mentor a team of developers, and partner closely with architects and business stakeholders. Candidates must have proven Salesforce development experience, Health Cloud expertise, and Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.

What You'll Do:
- Design and build Health Cloud Service Cloud solutions for claims inventory workflow optimization.
- Lead delivery end-to-end: story grooming, solution design, code reviews, performance tuning, and CI/CD.
- Lead, mentor, and keep a development team on track (approximately 4 developers), including global onshore/offshore team coordination.
- Integrate with upstream systems via REST/Bulk/FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
- Govern compliance requirements including HIPAA/PHI security, auditability, and role/permission modeling.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Product, Security, and Data teams to validate solutions.
- Suggest industry design patterns and develop innovative technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with architects and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of Salesforce experience, including leading enterprise implementations.
- Must have hands-on Salesforce development experience and proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification — required.
- Health Cloud experience — required.
- 5 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience across Apex, Apex Classes/Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Roles & Profiles, Data Loader, and related Salesforce technologies.
- 8 years of programming experience with Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience.
- 5 years working with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT (AutoRABIT preferred).
- Experience in Agile methodology (SAFe preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work with architects and business stakeholders.
- Must be located in EST or CST and available to work EST hours.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only (no sponsorship now or in the future).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agentforce Specialist Certification and hands-on experience building AI agents (huge plus).
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience (huge plus).
- 5 years of health insurance / healthcare background (payer/provider, claims intake/routing).
- Medicare / Medicaid experience.
- Experience leading global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
