ZIPS cleaners is a local, busy, and rapidly growing dry cleaner looking for friendly customer service superstars to grow with us!! Must be friendly and genuinely interested in working with customers. Reliability is a must! We have openings for two shifts: 7 am to 12 pm and 12 pm to 7 pm. Drop in to our location for an on the spot interview or complete the online application. Saturday availability a must but no Sundays!!
Duties
- Greet customers promptly with enthusiasm
- Receive garment for processing and retrieve orders already processed for customer pickups.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, or in person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Will be cross trained to sort and tag garments while covering the customer counter.
Experience
- Ability to be friendly and engage with customers is vital
- Maturity and reliability a must
- Must be comfortable with using a basic computerized point of sale with keyboard
- Ability to trustworthy to handle small amounts of cash
- Ability to move throughout the location in a sometimes hot environment, going up and down several step to retrieve garments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
