Ziprent is seeking qualified and reliable photographers with experience in real estate photography and editing to join our team in the following areas: Jacksonville FL and surrounding areas
About Us
Ziprent is a fully remote property management company, which means this role extends beyond standard real estate photography. Our listing appointments include:
- Fully edited listing photos.
- Zillow 3D Tours and Floorplans capture.
- Lockbox installation and pick-up.
- Key management.
- Initial walkthroughs and property condition reports.
This market is a new territory for us. As such, the role will include occasional on-site tasks related to our inspector role for the first 6-12 months. Assignments may be limited to start but growth is expected over time.
Responsibilities
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Duties include:
- Respond promptly to listing appointment requests via email.
- Maintain flexible availability for multiple photoshoots per month.
- Submit 15–25 professionally edited, high-quality photos of the property (interior, exterior, and amenities) within 24 hours of the listing appointment.
- Install smart electronic and classic lockboxes, test/document keys, and ensure proper placement during listing appointments.
- Replace lockbox batteries as needed (batteries provided by Ziprent).
- Conduct initial property walkthroughs and submit detailed condition reports.
- Perform as-needed site visits and property-related tasks.
- Travel within a minimum 35-mile radius; willingness to travel 50 miles is ideal.
- Use compatible 360 equipment to create Zillow 3D Tours and Floorplans (required).
- Submit invoices and receive payment via ACH direct deposit.
Compensation:Rates range from $225–$350 per listing appointment, depending on property size (typically 1,000–1,500 sq. ft.).
