We’re looking for motivated, Top Sales Reps/ Sales-drive independent contractors who want to join a growth startup.

The Opportunity

This is a performance-based, commission-only contract opportunity for top experienced sales reps who know how to prospect, build relationships, and close business.

You’ll connect with cleaning business owners in a territory introduce them to Zippy Cleaner’s platform, and convert prospects into paying subscribers. This is an opportunity to expand your B2B sales skills while gaining hands-on experience selling a SaaS-style platform with subscription-based revenue.

We are looking for Top Performers who want build residual income through eligible recurring commissions tied to customer retention.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct B2B cold calls and outbound prospecting to cleaning business owners in Texas
• Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.
• Present Zippy Cleaner’s platform, features, benefits, and subscription plans.
• Sell subscriptions and convert prospects into paying business customers.
• Build, manage, and upsell your pipeline.
• Track outreach, prospect activity, and deal progress.
• Develop customer relationships that support retention and recurring commission opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Top B2B Reps that know how to prospect and find new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfortable with outbound sales, rejection, and performance-based goals.
• Organized, self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.

• Prospecting sales experience is a required.
• Experience in technology, subscription sales, digital marketing, marketplaces, or small-business sales is beneficial.

• Commission only: No base salary or guaranteed hourly wage.
