The Business IntelligenceAnalyst will have a general business understanding to support various business unit organizations suchas operations, marketing, sales, or finance. You will grow your understanding of the business toproactively deliver insights to customer organizations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employeeand are not intended to reflect all duties performed.Data Analysis and Reporting• Work with and manipulate large, complex datasets for analysis and report creation.• Self-sufficiency and sustainability when implementing standardized reporting systems suchas TIBCO Spotfire and Alteryx.• Establish organizational framework on behalf of stakeholders to improve reporting efficiencyand accuracy.• Provide the tools for executives to make strategic decisions with detailed analysis of theirSOW.Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking• Solve challenging business problems creatively, efficiently, and independently, especiallywhen faced with time and operational constraints or ambiguity.• Deep dive into problem areas performing root cause analysis.Data Integrity and Continuous Improvement• Be intellectually curious and have a passion for proactively digging into the data tounderstand “why” we believe the data is accurate, how the data can be validated and keptfresh.Other Duties• Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field required.• Minimum two (2) years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, operationsanalytics, management consulting, sales operations, or finance organizations.• Strong visual design skills used in creating information dense, easy to understand reports anddashboards.• Experience working with stakeholders and end-users to define, test, elicit and deliver technicaland functional BI requirements by making use of Business Intelligence reporting tools.• Strong knowledge of relational, SQL, and dimensional databases.• Ability to understand and explore data warehouse schemas.• Experience with operations or logistics systems, software, and data.• Analytical and communication skills.• Strong MS Excel skills.• Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, including the ability to use PowerPoint to communicateanalytical insights effectively to stakeholders.• Must be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving, results-oriented environment.• Strong oral and written communication skills.• Must be willing to work with and learn modern technologies.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, fostering collaboration and buildingstrong relationships across functions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety ofsituations.• Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.• Ability to work within critical deadlines.• Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.• Ability to provide excellent customer service.Work AuthorizationApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the US for any employer.
