Primary Responsibilities
Grounds & Landscaping
- Mowing, trimming, and fertilizing lawns
- Operating a small garden tractor for lawn maintenance
- Operating a farm tractor (50HP) for mowing larger fields
- Shrub and tree trimming
- Yard debris cleanup
- Irrigation system maintenance, movement and sprinkler repair
- General seasonal landscaping upkeep
- Basic carpentry using hand tools
- Building and maintaining small to mid-size structures
- Routine property repairs and upkeep
- Digging ditches and performing manual labor
- Spreading bark, gravel, and other materials
- Safely operating a chainsaw
- Working independently from written instructions
- Maintaining tools and equipment
