Job Description:
This position is the hub of our business; each interaction is vital to our success. Responsibilities include managing all customer communications, such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, handling collections, and more. The ability to make prompt decisions and adjust the schedule as needed for urgent tasks is essential. This is a dynamic role that offers a stimulating and engaging work environment.

· Customer communication
· Billing & job documentation
· Collections
· Emergency job scheduling
· Parts & inventory coordination
· Data entry & reporting
· Record keeping
Requirements:
· Ability to Multitask
· Attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills
· Proactive in customer interactions
· HVAC knowledge is helpful, but not required
