We are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide top-notch customer service to our clients and customers at our Fresno branch. Essential Functions:
- Responsible for accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Identifies and addresses clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
- Resolve clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identifies and maximizes cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
- You may be reassigned to an alternate branch location depending on business needs within a reasonable distance (30 miles of branch location) and given proper notice.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience or successful completion of company approved training.
- Proficient knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Working knowledge of math
- Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $20 - $24 hourly depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
