As an Outside Sales Associate for Zions Security Alarms, you will be in charge of the sales cycle for providing security systems to our valued customers in their homes and businesses. This position is located in our American Fork office, but most of the work will be done out of the office. We have a fun team that strives to be the best in the security alarm business. If you love sales, are self-motivated, and see the importance of providing world-class customer service, this might be the right position for you! A successful person in this position will earn between $60-80k OTE. (Base salary starts around $3k/mo and commission is 15% of net profit from sales)
Responsibilities
- Prospect for customers wanting an estimate for their home or business
- Attend and participate in several networking events
- Present prospects with security options for their home/business
- Follow prospects through the entire sales cycle
- Ensure that ALL quotes are Followed Up
- Track closing ratio
- Develop and improve sales skills
Qualifications
- Sales Experience
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable Cold Calling Businesses or Homes and not afraid of rejection
- Computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude
- Can work well with others and have a desire to help
KPI’s:
- Track and manage homes and businesses visited
- Number of sales
- Gross profit
- Weekly and monthly sales
- Track closing percentage
