About the Role
As the Client Support Specialist/Install Coordinator, you are the hub of the installation process. You’ll manage technician schedules, communicate with customers, maintain accurate job documentation, and keep each installation moving from start to finish without delays.
Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our field technicians — and we’ll trust you to own the process with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule installation jobs and keep technicians fully booked and organized each day
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding appointments, updates, and expectations
- Coordinate day-of changes, reschedules, and technician adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate installation files, agreements, and documentation in real time
- Track installation progress from scheduling → completion → file submission
- Update customers and technicians promptly through Slack and internal systems
- Assist the office team with status updates, follow-ups, and installation questions

Requirements
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in-office during business hours (8-5)
- High attention to detail and follow-through

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
