Zions Bank has just opened an opportunity for a Real Estate Commercial Loan Officer to finance Homebuilder companies. Position will bebased in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Ideal candidates will have these skills and experience :
- Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of Real Estate Commercial loans to Homebuilder companies.
- Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
- Represents the Bank in the community and respective marketing areas for the development and growth of new loan business.
- Interviews client for various loan needs.
- Responsible to monitor credit performance and take necessary actions as needed.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field and 1 years credit associated lending or 3 years related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or construction lending helpful. Familiarity of the sales and closing process helpful.
- Ability to develop and service new customers.
- Good analytical, credit analysis and loan structuring skills.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interview clients.
- Must have perceptive character judgment.
- Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
