Zions Bank has just opened an opportunity for a Real Estate Commercial Loan Officer to finance Homebuilder companies. Position will bebased in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Ideal candidates will have these skills and experience:

• Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of Real Estate Commercial loans to Homebuilder companies.
• Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross selling efforts.
• Represents the Bank in the community and respective marketing areas for the development and growth of new loan business.
• Interviews client for various loan needs.
• Responsible to monitor credit performance and take necessary actions as needed.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 years credit associated lending or 3 years related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualification.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or construction lending helpful. Familiarity of the sales and closing process helpful.
• Ability to develop and service new customers.
• Good analytical, credit analysis and loan structuring skills.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interview clients.
• Must have perceptive character judgment.
• Working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
