Position Description: Full-Time Social Worker (SSW, BSW, MSW, LCSW) working in St. George, UT providing direct patient care to home health and hospice clients. Current social work license required. Applicants should be comfortable giving ideas to improve existing service offerings, have a genuine desire to help others, have excellent customer or client service skills, be comfortable working independently, manage a patient's care in the home setting, and work with an EMR charting program. This position will work closely with our Director of Social Services, Hospice Chaplain, and Volunteer Coordinator as we seek to meet patients' emotional, mental, psycho-social, and spiritual needs. Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-36.00 per hour / $45,000 - $75,000 per year
