Responsibilities

- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective solutions
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest stay experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines to ensure clear communication with guests and staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is a plus
