Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generation, Call Center)
Job Type: Part-time and/or Full-time options available
This position will start fully remote in 2026, but will be hybrid or full-time in office by the end of 2026.

What You’ll Do:
Appointment Scheduling:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to appointment requests and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring efficient use of their time and optimizing geographic routes.
- Confirm appointments with clients and provide them with essential information.
Lead Generation & Nurture:
- Generate leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, events, and referrals.
- Maintain a database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
- Nurture leads and keep them engaged through regular follow-ups.
Client Communication:
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
- Follow up with clients after appointments to gather feedback and assess lead conversion.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in appointment scheduling, lead generation, or administrative support
- Experience in Home Services is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
