Overview
Zion Lutheran School is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Janitor to
help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and
visitors.

Responsibilities
- Clean classrooms, hallways, offices, restrooms, library, gym, and common areas.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the building.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, refill paper products and soap dispensers.
- Wipe down desks, tables, sinks, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the school remains clean, safe, and sanitary for students, staff, and
- visitors.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to school administration.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending,
- standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks.
Schedule and Wages
Flexible part-time schedule. Hours will be determined during the interview based on school needs and the successful candidate's availability.
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
