What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Group Home Manager position at Zion Intermediate Care?

We enjoy creating a good life for our residents and you can too! Our open position is Monday-Friday 3 of the days will be 8a-4p, 1 day will be 6a-2p and 1 day will be 11a-7p. Schedule may very if there are open Direct Care positions. Will also have an on-call weekend rotation.
Pay is $17hr
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure Schedules are covered
- On line shopping
- Supervise Direct Care
- Build rapport with individuals
- Plan and enjoy activities
- Provide support with social skills and life skills
- Complete daily documentation
- Assist individuals with hygiene and eating as needed
General Requirements:
- Submit to a background check
- Must be a driver with a clean driving record
- 21 years of age or older with 2 or less minor traffic violations
- Heart for people with developmental disabilities
- 1 year of experience required
