Work Location & Schedule
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Creston office location
- Flexible scheduling options may be available following successful completion of training and orientation

What You'll Do
- Conduct substance use disorder assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual and group counseling services
- Facilitate discharge planning and continuing care recommendations
- Make clinical recommendations based on client needs
- Follow ASAM criteria and evidence-based treatment practices
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with referral sources, community partners, and treatment team members
- Support clients in achieving their recovery goals and improving overall wellness
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field required
- Must be eligible to obtain a Temporary CADC (T-CADC) within 90 days of hire
- Must obtain a CADC within one year of hire
- Zion will cover the cost of required credentialing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in behavioral health, human services, or substance use treatment settings
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for helping individuals and families affected by substance use disorders
