Job Overview
We are seeking an experience, energetic and detail-oriented Project Foreman to lead our fire sprinkler installation and service projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of installation and service projects, from initiation to final handover.
- Conduct, or delegate, pre-installation site walks and surveys to verify project requirements, drawings, and scope.
- Ensure high-quality, professional execution of installations, repairs and system enhancements.
- Identify, estimate, and manage change orders to minimize scope creep and ensure profitability.
- Oversee the procurement of supplies, equipment, and tools necessary for the job.
- Schedule technicians and apprentices based on skill and project needs.
- Provide guidance to field teams for troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues.
- Audit completed jobs to ensure compliance with company policies, fire codes, and contractual requirements.
- Enforce safety-first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and Life Safety 101 standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service team, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Resolve customer problems, address complaints, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Provide progress reports to leadership, sales teams and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
