Roof Inspection Setter (Door to Door) - Entry Level

Zion Contracting is hiring motivated people to join our canvassing team as Roof Inspection Setters. This is an entry level, foot in the door sales position with real earning potential and a clear path to grow.

What You'll Do

Your job is simple: go door to door in assigned neighborhoods and set roof inspection appointments for your Project Manager. You'll introduce yourself to homeowners, ask a few quick questions about their roof, and book a free inspection. You are not selling or closing anything. Your Project Manager handles the inspection and the rest of the process. Your focus is conversations and setting appointments.

Schedule

Evening shift, Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This is the best time to catch homeowners at home. Saturdays in the morning.

Pay

$15.50 to $24.25 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus pay for every inspection that gets set and held. Top setters consistently earn well above their base.

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to strangers
• Reliable and able to show up on time, ready to work
• Self motivated and coachable
• Prior door to door, canvassing, or sales experience preferred but not required
• Able to walk neighborhoods and be on your feet during the shift
• Reliable transportation to get to assigned areas
