About the Role
We are seeking talented and motivated AI Engineers with 2 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is a high-priority hiring need for individuals who are passionate about building and deploying AI-driven solutions in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions
- Work with large datasets to train, test, and optimize models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product teams
- Implement scalable solutions using cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks
- Experience with programming languages such as Python
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred)
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments (Citizens experience preferred)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines
- Exposure to data engineering concepts
