As an Entry Level Wireless Manager, you will work directly with customers to promote wireless and telecommunications services, assist with customer enrollments, and support daily sales operations. Every Entry Level Wireless Manager plays an important role in supporting customer acquisition, maintaining professionalism during customer interactions, and contributing to overall team performance.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Wireless Manager:
- Meet with customers face-to-face to discuss wireless products, promotions, and service options
- Educate customers on available plans and recommend solutions based on their needs
- Complete new customer enrollments and account activations
- Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process
- Assist with daily team operations and campaign execution
- Help maintain positive customer relationships and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing Entry Level Wireless Manager training focused on sales, leadership, and communication development
- Work alongside senior leadership to develop management and business skills
Qualifications for the Entry Level Wireless Manager Role:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
