Independent Sales Representative – Headwear (Off-Price & Western Retail)
We are a headwear manufacturer seeking experienced independent sales representatives with established relationships in the off-price and western retail channels.
We specialize in fashion, western, and value-driven headwear programs, supplying major retailers across the U.S. including off-price and specialty western accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key buyers in off-price and western retail channels
- Present and sell headwear collections to retailers and buying groups
- Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage
- Work independently on a commission-only basis
- Coordinate with internal team for order processing and account support
Requirements
- Proven experience in wholesale apparel, accessories, or headwear sales
- Strong existing relationships with off-price retailers (e.g., Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Bealls) and/or western retailers (e.g., Boot Barn, Cavender’s, ranch & farm stores)
- Established independent sales network preferred
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong communication and presentation skills
