What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading projects from bid award through closeout and warranty
- Creating and maintaining schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Managing submittals, RFIs, change requests, and material procurement
- Serving as the communication hub between owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff
- Anticipating challenges early and finding solutions before they impact the project
What We’re Looking For
- A natural organizer who can juggle multiple priorities without missing details
- A clear, confident communicator who keeps everyone on the same page
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative instead of waiting for issues to arise
- Prior experience managing commercial construction projects preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field a plus
