We offer a range of opportunities, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your career to the next level.ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries from potential clients, families, and referral sources via phone, email, and website.Conduct initial pre-screenings and assessments to determine program eligibility.Provide information about treatment services, program options, insurance verification, and admission procedures.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless intake process.Maintain accurate records in the CRM or EMR system and follow up with potential clients as needed.Help coordinate transportation and scheduling of admissions.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality guidelines.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in healthcare admissions, call center, or customer service (experience in substance abuse treatment is a plus).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of insurance verification and behavioral health terminology is desirable.Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic records systems.Requirements:
